SkuVault is a cloud-based inventory and warehouse management software designed to reduce inventory out-of-stocks and increase warehouse operation efficiency with eCommerce integration capability. Acquiring and maintaining accurate inventory quantities is a problem common to most all retailers – from overselling, mis-picks, and mis-ships, to forgotten stock sitting on a shelf, not even listed for sale. SkuVault, helps to greatly reduce those inventory issues, and many other problems retailers face. SkuVault deals with the retailer’s actual, physical inventory, scanned into and out of the warehouse or store, and then uses this real time data to sync to the retailer’s online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.

THE POSITION

The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for the strategy & execution of all revenue activities across the entire organization.

Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Partner/Channel management will be a direct report to this position. The Chief Revenue Officer will deliver leadership and predictable revenue performance by driving strategy, pricing, system, and programs to ensure a positive performance of their respective stage of the funnel. This position will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will be involved in all C-Suite level meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience of sales, marketing and revenue generating leadership
  • Proven results as a Chief Revenue Officer or a similarly relevant role required
  • Experience working in/with and implementing Revenue Operation strategies in the SAAS industry
  • Development of pricing strategies
  • Experience with scaling SAAS organizations
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics required
  • A demonstrated execution mindset with demonstrated examples of achieving high performance
  • Ability to create a healthy organizational culture required
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
  • Proven track record creating and implementing winning sales, marketing and business development strategies

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive scale and profitability by appropriately professionalizing SkuVault’s go-to-market strategies
  • Lead Marketing, Sales, and Business Development departments
  • Drive marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Propel sales leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value
  • Drive Business Development strategies to create new revenue streams and enhance current revenue streams
  • Effectively resolve issues across the marketing/sales and partner functions
  • Develop key process indicators that drive success in revenue growth
  • Forecasting business needs and budgetary needs to achieve success
  • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations required
  • Understanding the market, partner and competitor ecosystem and staying ahead of the industry trends
  • Develop upsell/expansion revenue opportunities and strategies
